Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Seasoned Outdoor Services. By accepting a quote, signing a service agreement, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
Seasoned Outdoor Services (the "Company") agrees to provide the services outlined in your specific service agreement or quote. Any additional work requested outside the original scope will be billed as a separate charge.
2. Property Access and Preparation
-
Access: The Client must ensure that the property is accessible to our crews and equipment on the scheduled service day. This includes unlocking gates and ensuring no vehicles block the work area.
-
Debris & Obstacles: The Client is responsible for removing pet waste, toys, garden hoses, and large debris from the lawn prior to arrival. The Company is not responsible for damage to items left in the work area.
-
Underground Hazards: The Client must notify the Company of any shallow-buried cables, private irrigation lines, or invisible fences. The Company is not liable for damage to unmarked or improperly installed underground lines.
3. Payment Terms
-

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

-
Client Cancellation: To cancel or reschedule a one-time service, the Client must provide at least [Insert Hours, e.g., 24-48] hours' notice. Recurring service cancellations require written notice [Insert Days] days in advance.
5. Snow Management Specifics (If Applicable)

6. Limitation of Liability
Seasoned Outdoor Services is fully insured. However, the Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. The Company is not responsible for damage to property caused by normal wear and tear of heavy equipment or natural occurrences (e.g., winter salt damage to sod or plant health due to extreme weather).
7. Communication Consent
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive transactional communications (appointment reminders, invoices) and occasional promotional messages via email or SMS. You may opt out at any time by following the instructions in our Privacy Policy.
